Shipping policy

All packages will either be shipping by USPS First Class Mail, or Priority Mail. First class mail is not insured. Bella Filato Studio LLC is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have a lost package please contact your local USPS. Claims must be filed by you, the recipient, through USPS. As per USPS guidelines, once the package is picked up by the postal service the ownership of that package is now yours. I have no control of claims filed as I’m no longer considered the owner. 

 

International shipping: 

All International Shipping are shipped VIA First Class International.
