In stock yarns are shipped between 1-3 business days. If you ordered a preorder typically it will be shipped out between 2-3 weeks unless clearly stated otherwise. Clubs are shipped at the end of the month. All orders will be shipped VIA either USPS or UPS. 

My package is lost, what do I do?

If your package is lost, please contact your mail carrier!! 
Once orders have been shipped, they become the responsibility of YOU, the customer. Although I will do my best to help you resolve your missing package, please note that Bella Filato Studio is NOT responsible for lost packages.  

PLEASE make sure your address is correct prior to purchase, if your package is returned due to insufficient address you will receive an invoice for second postage and your order will not be shipped until the postage is paid.



    1. Bella Filato Studio LLC shall not be liable for any delays in delivery outside the reasonable control of Bella Filato Studio LLC including but not limited to delays caused by weather, product unavailability from Bella Filato Studio LLC suppliers or natural disaster.


    Yes. Please contact us prior to returning your shipment!! Once you have been approved for return you have a 10 day window to return any UNUSED, UNWOUND yarns in its original packaging at your own expenses. The 10 day return period starts the day your yarn has been delivered to your door. Once shipment has made its way safely back to us your refund will be processed minus a 10% restocking fee. ALL CLUBS AND SALES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN AND REFUND.
