How do I care for my Bella Filato Studio yarns?

Gentle washing will keep your project beautiful for longer. For best results, hand-wash your finished project in cold water with a drop wool wash. You can find small batch hand poured soap wool wash bars under "MARKETPLACE" on the home page.  

 

My package is lost, what do I do?

If your package is lost, please contact your mail carrier!! 
Once orders have been shipped, they become the responsibility of YOU, the customer. Although I will do my best to help you resolve your missing package, please note that Bella Filato Studio is NOT responsible for lost packages.  

PLEASE make sure your address is correct prior to purchase, if your package is returned due to insufficient address you will receive an invoice for second postage and your order will not be shipped until the postage is paid.

Can I return my order? 

ONLY IN STOCK COLORWAYS ARE RETURNABLE.  Please contact us prior to returning your shipment!! Once you have been approved for return you have a 10 day window to return any UNUSED, UNWOUND yarns in its original packaging at your own expenses. The 10 day return period starts the day your yarn has been delivered to your door. Once shipment has made its way safely back to us your refund will be processed minus a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all return postage. ALL SPECIAL COLLECTIONS, CLUBS AND SALES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN AND REFUND.
